I didn't start in AI. I started where a lot of enterprise developers start — deep in the guts of Salesforce. Writing Apex triggers at 2 AM to fix a deployment that was supposed to go smoothly. Building Flows that stitched together five different systems so a sales team could stop copy-pasting between tabs. Integration work, mostly. The kind where you learn exactly how a business actually operates, because the code breaks the moment your assumptions are wrong.

The shift happened around the time I started seeing what LLMs could do with structured enterprise data. Not the chatbot demos — the real potential. I realized that the Salesforce platforms I'd spent years mastering were sitting on exactly the kind of rich, process-heavy data that AI agents need to be genuinely useful. I joined Asymbl, where the whole mission is workforce orchestration — figuring out how AI agents and human teams actually collaborate instead of just coexist.

Now I work at the intersection that most people are still drawing diagrams about. Agentforce, Data Cloud, multi-agent architectures — I build the systems where an AI agent can pull context from a customer's entire history, make a judgment call, and either act on it or hand it to the right person. Now 18x Salesforce certified — including Platform Integration Architect and Agentforce Specialist — and genuinely more excited about this work than anything I've done before.
